In the small hamlet of Louisiana, Mo., Luther and Brenda Butler own and operate Butler's Barbeque - a true family restaurant. To supplement their incomes, they opened the restaurant in July 2003. Luther is a dreamer, Brenda says, a true entrepreneur. She has to do her part to keep him in check. The days are filled with laughter and cursing, smiles and glares. Business can be tough at times, and in many ways the Butlers are still getting off the ground. Married only five years, they both grew up in Louisiana, but they never met as children. Today, their determination to succeed and persevere never falters. Work is long and hard, though their love is as tender as their pork steaks.
