Never standing still for too long, Mary Marshall sweeps under the soda fountain at her daughter’s restaurant, Hicks Hometown Drive. Mary works for her daughter, Marcie Hicks, Monday through Friday. Mary is so committed to her family that she has worked for Marcie for 15 years even though she has never received a raise.
