Mary Marshall counts the money of her most recent food delivery. Mary works for her daughter, Marcie Hicks, at Hicks Hometown Drive, delivering food all over Chillicothe. “I use some of the money I make to buy lottery tickets,” she says. Later, Mary confesses, “If I ever win the lottery, I am going to buy myself a Rolls Royce.”
