The call comes in at 5 a.m. An informant tells Wally that a former Marshall cop, on edge from a divorce and having a domestic violence rap filed against him, is talking about "shooting everybody." Wally knows the man has a cache of guns. Wally's easy going demeanor turns somber. "I'm going to have to take care of this myself," he says; he has a personal history with the displaced cop. If the Feds get involved "there could be a bloodbath," Wally says.
