At times it seems that any public place becomes Wally's stage and by-standers willing actors. Here he turns a casual visit to the Marshall Democrat-News, the local newspaper, into an impromptu comedy routine. Wally once issued a search warrant on the newspaper to hunt for a reporter's fake vomit that had disappeared under suspicious circumstances. "Found it, too," Wally said, the perp remains nameless.
