McMellen and Police Chief Jim Simmerman visit a Marshall resident to speak to her about her dogs, a Rottweiler and a Pit Bull, that have been running loose in the neighborhood. The dogs, one of which is accused of biting a neighbor, were deemed vicious in the past, which means that the city can take them away. The visit was a courtesy to the owner to let her know that the victim is planning to prosecute.
