At their arraignment on Tuesday, Sept. 28, 2010, at the Macon County Courthouse, Judge Parkinson released Alexis on the condition that she would submit to random drug testing and have no physical contact with Lannis who remained in custody because he was already set to serve 120 days in prison for previous drug offenses. Afterwards, Macon County Jail Administrator David Moore, left, removes the shackles from Alexis's waist as she gets a lecture from Sheriff's Deputy Jeff Vogan who asks what in the world she's thinking to take the fall for her boyfriend and warns her to stay away from him. Despite being free after more than 24 hours in jail, Alexis continued to sob because the two were forbidden to see each other.
