A police officer issues Dustin with a ticket for having the children in the back of the van without seat belts. He was sending the children to the library to pick up a book for a book report for school when he got pulled over. Facing mounting bills, he now has one more thing to worry about. He has to find a way to raise the seventy dollars for the fine in a month's time. Because they were not allowed to ride in the van, Jessica and the children ended walking home.
