Halen rests on Tammys arm in the car during a ride back from WalMart on Thursday afternoon. Tammy and her husband, Doug, like to bring Halen with them whenever possible, but only like to take her to stores when they have enough money to buy her something. Today, they bought Halen a princess doll.
