  • Out with the Pink, in with the Blue

  • Christy St. Clair and Joe Panholzer are expecting a new daughter to add to their happy family. Ryan, 5, and Kimberly, 2, are looking forward to seeing their new baby sister. The plan is to induce labor on Tuesday, at the doctor’s recommendation. The parents have already chosen the name for the child they expect will be a girl - Emily Jo.

    In the bedroom, a quaint old white basinet is ready. Christy has wrapped a pink bow around it for decoration. Hanging in the children’s closet is a new set of baby clothes, and neatly folded in the drawers are pink and white sleepers and onesies. Soft baby blankets are ready on the chest.

    Christy has packed the baby bag to take to the hospital with pretty, pink outfits, complete with lacy hair bows.

    Christy prepares to go to Hedrick Medical Centre on the morning of the scheduled delivery of her third child.
