Charismatic, adorable and a natural performer, Mihaley Schlegel took the crown as 2007’s Tiny Miss Missouri. Here she imitates herself dancing and singing on a video. Her mother Michelle was originally encouraged by a friend to put the undersized, timid Mihaley in a pageant a few years ago to instill confidence in her at an early age.
