A wall at Connie's Sweet Springs home displays a picture of Connie's 21-year-old son, William, a member of the Army Reserve. Following soon in his footsteps will be Connie's youngest child, 17-year-old daughter Lora, who decided this fall to enlist in the Missouri National Guard.
