The dogs at the Root's country kennels leap and bark as they wait for their daily afternoon feeding. The couple never lets them down, " It's all about responsibility. Take everyday, rain, shine, cold, hot, everyday it just has to be done," says Carolyn Root. "I have never given it any thought, it's just something that needs to be done, it all goes back to being responsible."
