Ronnie Root feeds some of the 50 dogs he and his wife Carolyn keep on their three acres in the country near Marshall. Ronnie's wife, Carolyn Root, began taking in strays 12 years ago. She can't stand to see a dog put down. " If everyone in the world would do their part we wouldn't have a problem", says Carolyn Root.
