“I’ve
been down these streets with Don for years!” exclaimed Fulton native
Joan Keith from the back seat of Don Carter Sr.’s taxi. Its is a necessity to travel, commute, move from one destination to another. Don Cater Sr.’s, 73, helps people do that. He has been the co-owner of Ralph’s Taxi, Fulton’s only taxi company. A simple man with a simple job, making a big difference in the lives of the people of Fulton. Be it boys who are late for school, men and women who need to go earn a living, DWIs (Driving with intoxication) or senior citizens having a hard time carrying their groceries from Walnut, Don brings them to where they want to go…on time. |
