Victor Rivera, 19, moved to Mountain Grove, Missouri in the spring of 2018 to manage Santa Fe, his family's Mexican restaurant. Assisting him in the kitchen is his uncle Juan, who works as a chef. Rivera juggles long hours at the restaurant with coursework in business at Missouri State University. His motivation is rooted in his desire to provide a future for himself and his girlfriend, and to help provide for his mother and sister, who live two hours away in Poplar Bluff.
