  • Randy McLin is a man who wears many hats; he is an experienced butcher, a skilled carpenter, and a straight shooter. He wears a stoic mask but he is a compassionate caregiver for his seriously ill brother Ronnie.

McLin is a free spirit; sometimes he works from dawn to dusk and does not return home until late but he does not feel tired by work. “It doesnʼt really matters to me, it is just another day in Paradise!” he said. Randy literally glides through life and has no regrets. “I do what I want and if I donʼt like it I wonʼt do it!”

His son is a Sea Harrier pilot in Afghanistan and flew the American flag from his plane while flying over Kandahar on June 30 which is his fatherʼs birthday. Randy was touched by this action and replied in his typical way. “What have I done to deserve this? I havenʼt done anything.” So he went out and built a flag post on his property to honor his son .
