Ben holds the head of a deer he has cut. At Special D Meats, Ben has learned how to slaughter and butcher a variety of animals, including cows, sheep, deer, elk and emu. He is paid according to the number of animals butchered daily. His shift ends around 2 p.m., and he goes to the tattoo shop at 3 p.m.
