  • Diana’s Diner has been in business in St. James, Mo. for two years. As soon as the diner’s bright neon sign turns on in the early hours of the morning, it draws in the town’s early-risers like moths to a flame. The diner quickly becomes populated with hardworking townsfolk and old friends. Everyday there’s a dinner special and an array of freshly home-baked pies. None of this would be possible without Diana Fuhring, life-long resident of St. James and owner of Diana’s Diner. Diana purchased the diner after a long time dream of owning her own bakery. However, Diana soon realized that the diner was going to be more work than she anticipated. They expanded the business into what it is today. Although Diana works long hours and her days are filled with hard work, she continues to be inspired by her conversations with visitors and townspeople.
