LeRoy, April's brother, tries on the "Third Reich" uniform of his next door neighbor Mervin Rogers. The "Third Reich" is the name attributed to the Nazi State under the regime of Adolf Hitler. Prior to joining the "Third Reich" in 1999 Rogers served as a member of the Ku Klux Klan. He then quit the "Third Reich" on April 20 of this past year.
